Welcome to Subscriby! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Subscriby mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Subscriby is a tool designed to help users track and manage their personal subscriptions. The App provides a local database to store subscription details, calculate total costs, and set notification reminders.
2. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content
a. App Content
The Subscriby name, logo, software code, and original UI/UX design are the property of the App developer and are protected by intellectual property laws.
b. Third-Party Logos and Trademarks
The App includes logos, icons, and names of various merchants and service providers (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, etc.).
Ownership: All merchant logos, trademarks, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
Purpose: These are provided solely for the user's convenience to help identify and organize subscriptions more easily.
Non-Affiliation: The inclusion of these logos does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation between Subscriby and the respective companies.
c. External Links
The App may provide links to third-party websites (such as merchant login pages). These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content or availability of these external sites.
3. User Responsibility
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App.
Backups: Because Subscriby stores data locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining device backups (e.g., via iCloud or Google Drive). We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or factory resets.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or that currency conversion rates provided by third-party APIs will be 100% accurate at all times.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Subscriby and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to financial discrepancies or data loss.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
