Welcome to Fastcode. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fastcode mobile application (the "App") ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Fastcode is a productivity tool designed to allow users to scan QR codes and barcodes, generate custom QR codes, and store digital items (such as tickets, cards, and notes) in a local "Wallet."

2. User Responsibilities

• Data Responsibility: Fastcode stores your data locally on your device. We do not provide cloud backup or synchronization. You are solely responsible for backing up your device and the data stored within the App.

• Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You shall not use the App to scan or generate codes that contain malicious links, illegal content, or infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Privacy and Data Collection

• Local Storage: All scanned and generated data, including images and notes, are stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences and local file storage.

• Permissions: The App requires access to your camera (for scanning), photo library (for saving/loading images), and contacts (if you choose to share or save contact info).

• Data Privacy: We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to external servers. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

• Ownership: The App, including its design, code, and original content, is the property of Muhamad Magdy and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may include links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Sudoku - The Original game).

6. Disclaimers

• As Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that access will be continuous.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting an updated version within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your current resident, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
